Still waiting for the "right moment" to start showing up online?
Spoiler: it's not coming.
Most content courses teach you what to say. This one teaches you what actually looks good, and how to create a month of it in a couple of hours.

Listen, I knowwww you're not lazy.
I know you're not actually bad at this.
And you DEFINITELY don't need me to tell you that showing up online matters... because, duhhhh. You already know that!
But knowing it and actually doing it consistently are two very different things.
Because here's what I've noticed, and put your hand up if any of this sounds familiar:
"I'll start properly once things calm down a bit."
"I've got loads of ideas, I just never actually film them."
"I posted something last week and got basically no results, so I just... haven't been back since."
“My house is such a mess right now. Once I sort the living room out, I'll film something."
"I was going to post today but then I watched someone else's content and now I feel like mine will look rubbish in comparison."
"I've been meaning to batch my content for three months, and I promise will…. Just not this week."
“I put actual effort into that post. Shot it three times, edited it, wrote the caption. And it got... basically nothing. And the worst part is I don't even know why it didn't work."
Yeah. I thought so.
Maybe it's the total mind blank of "what do I even film today?" that has you opening the app, staring at it, and then just... putting your phone back down.
Maybe it's the setting everything up, the watching yourself back (criiinge), and then talking yourself out of it before you've even pressed record.
Maybe you've done the challenges, bought the other courses, watched the YouTube videos on "how to grow on Instagram in 2026" and some of it works for a bit, but then life takes over and suddenly it's been 3 weeks since you last posted, and now coming back feels even harder than starting ever did.
Here's what I want you to hear: You don't have a discipline problem. You don't even really have a confidence problem (although that's definitely part of it).
You've got a SYSTEM problem.
And bigger than that... you've got a PERMISSION problem.
And there's a third thing, too… one that doesn't get talked about nearly enough. That last bullet up there? That's not a system problem or a permission problem. That's a knowledge gap, specifically, about visuals.
And it's almost completely ignored in the content education space!
So what happens while you’re waiting?
Your business stays quiet.
The right clients can't find you. Not because you don't exist, but because they simply can't see you!
😫 You watch less experienced people overtake you
Not because they're more talented, but because they showed up, and you didn't.
😫 You spiral every time something doesn't get engagement you hoped for
Because without a system, every post feels like a gamble, and when it doesn't perform, it confirms every fear you had about putting yourself out there.
😫 That content guilt follows you around everywhereeee.
Even on the days you're not actively thinking about social media, it's ALWAYS there; that voice in your head going: “I really should be posting more.”
😫 Your confidence takes a hit
Because your work is BRILLIANT but your content doesn't reflect that yet… and you know it.
😫 You put effort in and it still doesn't look the way you want it to, and you don't know why
And that's the most demoralising bit, cause it’s not like you're not trying. You are trying, and it's still not quite working, and without knowing what to fix, you can't fix it.
The thing is, the longer this goes on, the harder it gets.
Staying invisible isn't a “giving yourself a break”. It's just being invisible.
“You’ve shown me how to stop overcomplicating things. I even did some content today whilst out with my toddler!”
— IT GIRL B ROLL STUDENTWhen I started having proper conversations with other female business owners, I noticed:
So much of the advice out there is about what to say, what to write, which hooks to use...
But almost nobody is talking about how content actually looks. And here's what I know after 15 years of fashion photography: if something doesn't stop someone mid-scroll, it doesn't matter how brilliant the caption is. Nobody's reading it.
There is a massive blind spot in the content creation space, and that blind spot is visuals. Women are being taught the words but not the craft, and somewhere along the way, "making content look good" became this complicated, expensive, intimidating thing that apparently requires a beautiful home and a ring light the size of the sun. It doesn't.
That's what It Girl Content is built around: making content that looks genuinely good, quickly, easily, with your phone, in whatever home you actually live in... and doing it in a way that fits around your life. Because that's the only kind of system that ever actually sticks.
Sounds great but where’s the proof?!
Everything I teach inside It Girl Content is exactly what I do for my own account.
In August 2025, I had around 17,000 followers.
By May 2026 — roughly nine months later — I'm almost at 50,000 followers.
I’ve done that without a team, without needing to create more content ever day, and without spending hours and hours and hours on my computer.
These are some of the reels that did it:
Most of them are just one clip, with some text on top, filmed on my phone. It’s that simple!
The growth didn't come from going viral once and getting lucky; it came from showing up consistently, in a way that was genuinely easy for me to maintain, with content that looked good enough to stop the scroll and said something that actually resonated.
That's the whole method, and it's what I'm handing you inside this course.
And if you’re nosy like me, and want to see the analytics, here’s just a few screenshots!
Right now, your content creation looks a little something like this:
It’s always at the back of your mind, taking up space… but never quite getting dealt with.
You do film or create something occasionally, but that only seems to happen once in a blue moon (which obviously isn’t often enough) and the rest of the time you spend scrolling past people who seem to be able to show up totally effortlessly.
Oh and don’t even get me started on your phone storage being full!
There’s videos you meant to post, but never did.
A notes app full of ideas scattered everywhere that never saw the light of day.
And the most frustrating thing is that you REALLY care about your business. You WANT this to do well. You KNOW it can. You’re so good at what you do, but not enough people are seeing that.
So what if you imagined this instead.
It's a Tuesday afternoon, or a Saturday morning (literally whenever it works for you) and you sit down with a clear list of EXACTLY what you've got to film and why you’re making it.
Your shot list is done.
Your outfit has been picked out.
Your ideas are planned out.
Everything gets done for the ENTIRE month in under two hours, and now all you need to do is schedule that shiiiit and get back to living your life, or working on your business.
You are DONE and you did it.
You don’t need to start every Monday morning with that dreaded: omg what do I film now? feeling. There’s no more scrambling around, looking for something to post. You never stare at a blank caption box wondering: “wtf do I even write?” cause it’s all sorted, planned and it actually sounds like you, feels like you…
and you look kinda hot, if you do say so yourself.
People start noticing and they’re saying things like: "OMG I looooove your content lately!"
"How are you staying so consistent?!"
"Your content looks so good; who have you hired?!" (answer, no one, just your iPhone)
“I’ve been obsessed with your contnet! I’d love to hear more about your offer/how I can work with you?”
All of that isn’t just a fantasy, it’s so possible, and what is what having a system does! (No shadow daddy included in this fantasy though, sorry)
✮ Introducing:
It Girl Content✮
The self-paced course for female business owners who want to create a month of content in a couple of hours, using just their phone, a simple repeatable system
Taught by a 15+ year fashion photographer who’s worked with Vogue, ELLE, Manolo Blahnik, RIXO and more. Let’s just say I have trained eye for what actually looks GOOD.
I've spent years directing women in front of cameras; reading a room in seconds, choosing the exact angle and light that makes someone look amaaaazing, and knowing instinctively when something's not quite right before anyone's even hits record.
That trained eye is the thing most content courses simply don't have, and it's what I'm handing you here!
You don’t need any expensive equipment
You don’t need an “aesthetic home.”
And you don’t need to film or take photos every single day.
All this is is a super clear process, where I take my 15 years of fashion photography experience and turn it into a content system that fits INTO your life
Oh and no, you are not gonna need to become an influencer!
TAKE A BACKSTAGE TOUR
Want to see what the course is like inside, and what you can expect when you first log in? Watch this!
But let me be really honest with you for a sec.
Consistent, good content genuinely will change your business. Not because of some magic algorithm trick, but because the right people can only find you if you're showing up somewhere they can see you.
And here's the thing: those people are already out there. They're scrolling right now, looking for exactly what you do, already a little bit in love with someone whose style and energy reminds them of yours... and that person might as well be you.
But they can't find what they can't see.
That's not meant to scare you — it's just the truth, and I'd rather say it plainly than dance around it. Content is the thing that sits between where you are right now and the business you're building toward, and the good news is that it doesn't have to be as hard as it's felt up until now.
By the time you finish It Girl Content, you'll have:
A shot list and outfit plan ready for your first filming session
A full month of content batched in a single sitting
A printable posing guide to keep on your phone forever
A 30-day content dashboard so you always know what to post
A content ideas bank + visual hooks bank
A hook & caption formula for every post
The ability to create b-roll, photos, talking head AND voiceover in any home, on any phone
☟Here’s exactly how you
get there☟
-
Before anything else, we deal with the thing that's actually been STOPPING you.
We talk camera confidence, how to climb Cringe Mountain, and what makes content work (it’s probably not what you think).
This module exists because a system is only useful if you're willing to use it, and most people need this as the first step to be able to get there.
By the end of this module, pressing record won't feel like the hardest part of your day anymore.
-
This is where you learn the system.
You’ll get the It Girl Content Method overview, learn about your Planning Session, how to batch everything in just a couple of hours, once a month.
You’ll also learn how to create shot lists, plan outfits, film beautifully in ANY home (yes, even yours!) and any outdoor location.
By the end of this module, you'll have a clear plan for exactly what you're filming, when you're filming it, and why so you never open Instagram with a blank mind again.
-
We dive into the fundamentals of what makes a GOOD visual.
This is where you stop guessing and start seeing how to create good content. By the end of this module, you'll be able to walk into any room, read the light, find your angle, and set up something that actually looks good without it taking all day, and without needing any special equipment.
You’ll get lighting 101 (without any fancy equipment), a basic equipment guide, and learn the Carpe Diem method for capturing great content whenever the moment strikes.
Plus there’s posing 101, because no one should have to stand there with their hands awkwardly dangling, not knowing what to do!
-
You didn’t think I’d just give you one posing theory lesson, did you? Course not!
No one else in the content education space is giving you posing direction from a fashion photographer who has directed thousands of women in front of cameras. This is that.
It’s been specifically built so that no matter your shape, size, or relationship with the camera, you always know what to do with your body and how to look like you chose to stand like that.
In this module you’ll be guided through my go to standing, sitting, and walking poses. These are specifically poses that ANYONE can do: no matter your shape, size, gender or confidence in front a camera.
You’re guided through the entire process, and as a bonus, there’s a printable posing guide that you can print out and keep forever!
-
This is the module where your phone stops feeling like a limitation and starts feeling like a proper tool. You'll walk away knowing how to take photos that look like you paid someone to take them, because you'll know exactly what you're doing.
-
Here you’ll learn how to set up and film b-roll that actually looks good, how to talk to camera without wanting to disappear, and voiceover videos for when your face simply isn't happening today.
This is where most people have their biggest lightbulb moment because once you know how to film b-roll that actually looks good and talk to camera without freezing, the whole thing stops feeling like performing and starts feeling like just... making something.
-
This is where everything you've filmed becomes a month of content quickly, without faff, and without it taking over your whole life.
The final module is where everything comes together. You'll get quick, simple edits on your phone for when you want to post without the faff, plus more advanced CapCut tutorials for when you want to take things up a notch. There's also a full lesson on what to actually post — including the three content buckets that mean you'll never stare blankly at your phone wondering "but what do I even say?" again — and a personal storytelling lesson that teaches you how to turn a real moment from your life into content that genuinely connects, without it feeling like you're oversharing or performing. Plus repurposing hacks, Canva carousel creation, and how to turn one talking head video into b-roll clips you can keep using over and over again.
Oh, but there’s so much more!
because I want to make this as easy as humanly possible, here's the bonuses that come with the course:
🔴 Red Theory
My original framework for why a single pop of colour consistently improves content performance; developed not from a marketing book, but from 15 years of styling editorial shoots and watching what makes an image stop you mid-scroll. Once you see it, you can't unsee it, and it'll change how you think about every shoot from now on.
🗓️ 30-Day Content Dashboard
A dashboard created to guide you on what to post and when, so you're never starting from scratch on a Monday morning wondering what to share.
📱 Content Ideas Bank
Idea paralysis is the number one thing that stops people posting, but this is going to get your creative juices flowing!
📸 Equipment List:
Everything you could possibly ever want and need, from the absolute basics, to the tools that save me time, add a little extra sumthin sumthin… but are all totally optional.
🪝 Visual Hooks Ideas Bank
A swipe file of visual hook ideas for when you need a starting point that isn't "woman sits at desk."
✍🏻 Hook & Caption Formula
So you always know how to start a piece of content and what to say underneath it. The blank caption box will never feel quiteeeee as terrifying again.
🎈 Prop List
The small, inexpensive things that make a huge difference to how content looks. Consider this your photographer's shopping list for content that feels elevated without spending a fortune.
How Much Does It Cost?

Words from It Girl B Roll Students:
If the free course is this good… imagine the full thing!
Here's what actually changes when content stops being a struggle.
When you know what to photograph or film, how to create it, and how to make it LOOK good... you stop avoiding it!
Content becomes a normal, easy part of your week instead of the thing that you dreaaaaded at the bottom of your to-do list.
And that matters way more than you might think…
Consistent, good content means more visibility.
More visibility means more of the RIGHT people finding you.
More of the right people finding you means more enquiries, more clients, and more income.
And more income means you fiiiinally get to book that holiday you've been putting off
or hire the cleaner you want
or closing the laptop on a THURSDAY without guilt, and feel genuinely, totally financially relaxed …. without working yourself to the bone to get there.
CONTENT is the thing that sits at the start of all of that. And right now, thats the exact thing that's keeping so much of what you’re dreaming of at a distance.
After Taking It Girl Content, You Will:
✓ Wake up to DMs from dream clients who found you through a reel you filmed in 30 seconds in your kitchen on a Tuesday afternoon
✓ Have posts going out even when you’re off your phone because you scheduled your content in advance and don’t need to be “on” in order to still show up.
✓ Feel genuinely proud when someone asks for your Instagram handle - no more of that horrid "oh god, don't look too closely" panic
✓ Step away for a week knowing your content is already lined up and your business keeps moving without you
✓ Hear "your content has been sooooo good lately" and actually know how to repeat it over and over again
✓ Know instinctively what works for you: your angles, your light, your space, and not because you memorised a rule, but because a fashion photographer showed you what to look for, and now you see it every time you open your camera
It IS completely possible to create a month of content in a couple of hours, using just your phone...
✫ Even if you've tried before and it hasn't stuck.
If there’s one thing about me, it’s that I can break things down and make them SIMPLE. You are not the problem, it’s just that the things you were trying before were making things seem way harder than they needed to be. Words used to describe my free B Roll course were: “thanks for making this so short and punchy! It made me actually USE IT.”
✫ Even if you've bought courses before and they didn't stick.
Most content courses weren't built for you… they were built for people trying to become content creators.
This was built for women who want to run a BUSINESS but also need content to work. It's a completely different thing, designed to fit around a full life, not turn you into a content creation robot.
✫ Even if you think your house isn't aesthetic enough.
I filmed my entire free B Roll course in my own very ordinary home, and people tell me all the time it looks beautiful. What I'm teaching you is exactly how to make any space work. Your house isn’t the problem, it's about knowing what to do with what you’ve got!
✫ Even if life is genuinely very full right now.
The whole method is built around batching, or living your life and capturing content on the fly when it feels good to. You won't need to find time every day. You need a couple of hours, once a month (or honestly, every few months!) That's it.
✫ Even if you hate how you look on camera.
Camera confidence is a skill, not a personality type. I cover this head-on in Module 1, and not with a "just be yourself!" pep talk, but with practical tools, real action steps, and explanations on why this feels SO DAMN HARD. You will get more comfortable, that's a promise.
✫ Even if you don't have the latest iPhone or a fancy camera.
You don't need it. I'll show you how to make the most of what you already have.
“I love that you gave us the exact steps to follow.”
— It Girl B Roll Student
Yeah but… why am I the person to help you with this?!
Hi! I’m Olivia!
I spent 15 years as a fashion photographer, shooting for Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, and Elle. I have photographed thousands of women in studios, on location, in gorgeous light and terrible light, in front of cameras they hated and cameras they eventually forgot were there.
Here's the thing nobody will tell you about shooting for Vogue: the skill was never the camera. The skill is knowing the exact angle that flatters anyone, reading the light in a room in two seconds, and knowing when something isn't working. I've been doing that for 15 years, and it translates completely to your phone!
Which is why, in 2025, I made a massssive pivot.
I left fashion photography behind and started photographing female business owners for their personal brands. I also started teaching them how to create content that actually LOOKS good, using just their phone.
The reality is that most content coaches approach everything from a strategy background. Which makes sense! They’re marketers at their core.
The difference with me is…. I’m coming from a photography background. I understand VISUALS. I know how to get people to stop scrolling, and pay attention to the message you’re trying to get across.
That, paired with my extensive marketing knowledge… makes me a bit of a power house.
I started teaching content creation because I realised the skills I'd spent YEARS building were exactly what the women I wanted to work with needed the most.
Wait… why such heavy use of the term It Girl?
The "It Girl" phrase started as a just another marketing tagline.. but then something really interesting happened: I couldn't use it, because every time I thought "It Girl,"I thought of someone closed off and arrogant, and that wasn't me at all.
So I sat with it, and then it hit me: I'd given it that meaning myself… which meant I could redefine it!
An It Girl isn't a look. An It Girl is about being a woman who shows up as herself, for herself. She’s kind, empathetic, ambitious, knows what she wants, and courageous.
That's what I'm here to teach you… and reclaiming the term “It Girl” is where we start!
I run my business from the countryside in England, I work about four hours a day, and I still get to be a photographer, a painter, a dog mum, an F1 lover, a heavy metal music listening, and a reader of romantasy novels.
I’ve build a life of ease for myself incredible intentionally, and so much of my success comes back to knowing how to create content that showcases my personality, shares my point of view, and connects with the people that I love to support… and you can have that, too!
My Previous Photography Clients:
You’re ready for It Girl content if:
✅ You're a female business owner — a photographer, artist, coach, service provider, or course creator — who knows content matters but hasn't been able to make it consistent
✅ You've tried posting more before and it just hasn't stuck
✅ You spend more time thinking about content than actually making it
✅ You want your content to look good, not just “done”
✅ You'd rather spend one focused afternoon on content than have it looming over you all week
✅ You're tired of that low-level content guilt that follows you around
✅ You want a system that fits around your real life… not an influencer's life
This isn't for you if:
❌ You're looking for a course about algorithms or going viral (this is a creation course, not a strategy course)
❌ You want someone to create your content for you
❌ You already have a system that works well and you're posting consistently
❌ You want to become a professional content creator (this is for business owners, not creators)
Still scrolling? Still thinking about it?
Good. Let me guess what's going through your mind:
-
Honestly, you can find lighting tips on YouTube, and ChatGPT will write you a shot list in about two minutes.
If you've tried that approach, you already know what happens… you end up with a lot of information and still not knowing why your content looks a bit flat, or which angle is actually most flattering for you, or why someone with a worse phone somehow looks better.
Information and a trained eye aren't the same thing. What I'm teaching you isn't a set of rules to memorise, it's how to see.
How to walk into a room and know in ten seconds what will work and what won't.
That's what 15 years of fashion photography builds. And that's what I'm passing on. Nobody's automating that!
-
Honestly? Sameeeee. The difference here is that this was built to actually get DONE. We’re taking action, baby. It's not a 47-module marathon you'll open once and abandon. It's a practical, structured system and the whole point is that by the time you've worked through it, you've already filmed your first bunch of content and got it scheduled. There’s no “waiting for the right time” with this one… You're just going to DO IT.
-
It Girl Content is new, yes, but the method isn't. The batch filming system, the photographer's eye that I’m teaching you, the Cringe Mountain concept: these come from 15 years of professional photography and years of teaching others how to get real results. The founding price exists because you're one of the first in, and I want to reward that!
-
That's fair. Here's what I'll say: the course is self-paced and you get lifetime access. It’s available to you immediately, and the whole method is built around real life getting in the way. Even if you can only find a few hours once a month, that's genuinely enough! Life doesn't have to stop for this to work. That's literally the point of it.
-
It will. That's not arrogance… that's 15 years of knowing exactly what makes something look good on camera, translated into a system anyone can follow. Lighting, angles, backgrounds, posing: all of it is in here. If you follow the method, your content will look noticeably better. That's what this was built for.
-
If you're a female business owner who needs to show up online and you just keep finding reasons not to… you are exactly the right person for It Girl Content. That's who I built it for!
I’m not sure I identify as an
‘It Girl’… so is this still for me?
Yep! I’d say if you don’t identify with the term It Girl, then this is even MORE for you. Here, we’re about reclaiming the term It Girl to mean what you want it to mean for you.
In this world, “It Girl” is a FEELING, not a label, so you’re welcome to join in!
Your Questions, Answered
-
Most people who go through this course will start filming within the first week. The batch filming method means that by the time you've finished, you'll have the tools to create a month of content in a single session. How quickly that translates to results in your business depends on consistency, your specific niche and world events, but the whole system is designed to make consistency as easy as possible.
-
Yes, of course! While I often use the language of “women” and “It Girls,” this space is open to anyone: queer, non-binary, femme-identifying—who feels called to the energy and exploration of this program. If the content resonates, you belong here and you are welcome with open arms.
-
Yes, absolutely. The course starts from the very beginning, covering camera confidence, what actually makes content work, the basics of lighting and angles. There’s no prior experience needed!
-
Yes, you’ll still learn loads. Whether you’re looking for an extra secret to editing your content, a new pose you can try, or a better system, even the most advanced business owners will learn so much in here!
-
Any modern smartphone works. You don't need the latest iPhone or a specific model, I'll show you how to make the most of what you already have. And if you use Android or any other system, almost all of them will have the capality to do what I’m sharing.
-
The content creation skills apply across all visual platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, wherever you're showing up. It's about creating great content, not cracking one specific algorithm. You’re learning a timeless skill that will last you a lifetime, not just the life of on app.
-
Immediately after purchase! Everything is self-paced and available straight away.
-
Yes. The founding payment plan price is £91 +VAT / month for 3 months.
-
I offer a 14 day, no questions asked refund policy. If you truly aren’t happy with your purchase and what you’ve learnt in It Girl Content, then please email info@oliviabossert.com with a proof of purchase and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Let’s be real for a second: Content Isn’t Going Away
You need to be making content as a business owner…. you just, do. It’s how you connect with your ideal clients.
It will forever be the thing sitting at the back of your mind every week, whether or not you buy this course.
The question isn't whether you need to show up online. You already know the answer to that!
The question is how much longer you can stand it being so difficult to do so.
Because here's what I know to be 100% true: content DOESN’T have to be a struggle! It doesn't have to be this humungous thing you dread, avoid, or feel vaguely guilty about every Sunday evening.
With the right system, content just becomes a normal, easy part of your week.
And it can even become fun! A creative outlet you ENJOY! Who’d have thought?
Plus, what frees up when content stops feeling so hard?
Time!
Headspace!
Energy!
And don’t get me started on the kind of consistent visibility that actually moves your business forward.
Or the income that follows on from that. I’m talking the kind of money that fiiiinally lets you book the holiday, hire the cleaner, close the laptop on a Friday and fully log off.
Still not sure? That's okay, here's what I'd say.
If you've been sitting with the "I really need to sort my content out" thought for a while now... this is probably the nudge you've been waiting for.
This course was built for women exactly like you: not influencers, not full-time creators, just talented, busy business owners who want to show up properly without it taking over their lives and business.
The honest question I want you to ask yourself is: how many more posts are you going to film, put your heart into, and then wonder why they didn't quite work without ever finding out why?
It Girl Content is the answer to the why. It’s not just a system for filming more content. It’s a trained photographer's eye, packaged up and handed to you, so that every time you set up a shot from now on, you know exactly what you're looking at.
Six weeks from now you'll either have a month of content batched, scheduled and looking brilliant… or you'll still be meaning to get to it...
P.S. If you've scrolled all the way down here, you already know this is for you. You wouldn't still be reading otherwise.
And if you've still got a question? My inbox is open! DM me on Instagram or drop me an email at info@oliviabossert.com, I'll always answer honestly.
Can't wait to see you in there.
