I go on and on about how fashion photography doesn’t need to be difficult. Well, I’m proving it once more with these beauty image I shot a few weeks ago! I gathered a small creative team in my home, and together we created this beautiful coloured eye shadow story.
I was very intentional about the curation of this editorial. Working with Charlotte Albert, my make up and hair stylist, we came up with a few looks that we wanted to create, chose our model, Tamsin, and got to work! I knew that if the make up was going to be quite “out there” that everything else about the looks needed to stay extremely simple. I’m personally super pleased with the results.
All of the images you see here were shot in my home. Tamsin is simply facing a large window, and I used a silver reflector to bounce some light back into her face. Watch the behind the scenes video to see us in action!
