Frequently Asked Questions

What will i get from a photoshoot with you?

After every photoshoot, you will receive digital files both high resolution JPEGs and low resolution JPEGs. I deliver either by WeTransfer or Dropbox, you can let me know ahead of time if you have a preference. I do not provide physical prints from photoshoots. All my images are always professionally edited by myself, or I am in contact with professional retouchers, should you images require that kind of work. Depending on which package you choose, you'll receive varied amounts of photos. With my smallest package, you will receive up to 50 images. If you'd like more images than my package offers, there will be a charge per image. I do not give out my RAW files.

How long will I have to wait for my photos?

I try to get images back to you as quickly as possible, and if you have a tight deadline then please do let me know. There may be a small "rush fee" applied if necessary. However, in most instances I aim to deliver images within three weeks of the photoshoot being completed. If I believe it will take longer than that (due to volume of retouching, or other factors) I will always let you know this ahead of time.

The main thing I need from my clients is for them to answer all and any questions I may have. This might be something as simple as: "when do you need these images back by?" to "what are your main brand values?" What is very helpful when you first enquire is if you can provide me with a moodboard, your photoshoot budget, and any specific requirements that you may have.

On the day of the photoshoot, I will help to coordinate everything. We'll be working as a team, and as long as you trust me, keep me informed, and are excited to work together, we'll have a great time!

What Do You Need Me To Do?

This is a totally valid question! Here's what I will do:

- production

- coordination of make up, hair and stylists

- sourcing of clothing when necessary

- booking of studio + lighting kit + any extra kit necessary on the day

- location scouting (travel fees will apply)

- culling and editing of images

- web transfer of images
